Instructions for when and where to file your Claim Form
The Court has now established a claims procedure and fixed the last date to file claims as June 1, 2010. Notices and claim forms have been mailed to all known creditors.

Please note the following:
Only one claim need be filed per investment; that is, spouses do not have to file separate claims unless their investments are separate.
Claims are to be mailed to Omni Management Group, LLC, per the instructions in the Notice of Claims Bar Date and Procedure for Filing Claims and not the office of the Receiver.
The establishment of a claims procedure should not lead you to believe that there is any expectation that any distributions will be made to creditors/investors at a certain time or at all. The process has been created so that claimants will have time to establish their claims before documents get lost, people become unable to prepare them, and the like.
